La Selva Origins: Ethiopia Whole Bean

This origin blend is super unique for La Selva Coffee. Unlike some of our South American beans, Ethiopian beans are known for their winey quality and bright mouthfeels. This origin is also higher acidity and may house complex flavor notes like milk chocolate, fruit, and caramel. These beans are full natural and sorted by hand.
